Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the follow-up and related matters of the whole process from the receipt of orders (including checking documents, arranging shipment, billing processing, confirming costs and recording costs, tracking goods information, etc.)

2. Timely follow up with customers to urge them to provide supplementary materials after goods are put into storage; Issue bill of lading and customer confirmation according to material supplement information;

3. Sorted out the documents of bill of lading and supplied materials to the shipping company;

4. Issue bills to customers, confirm shipping information with shipping companies and timely inform customers;

5. Inform the agent to arrange the release of goods according to the payment status and requirements of customers;

6. Timely inform customers to pick up the goods when the goods are about to arrive at the destination port;

7. Other unexpected matters in transit.

Job Requirements:

1. 20-28 years old, college degree or above, major in logistics, international economics and trade, English and other related majors, accept outstanding fresh graduates;

2. Clear thinking, well-organized, careful and responsible, with certain ability to work under pressure;

3. Conscientious and dedicated, with team spirit and the courage to take responsibility;

4. Good computer skills, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
