Administrative manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and improve various administrative management systems of the company, including but not limited to fixed assets management, office supplies management, office environment management, administrative expense management, etc.;

2. Reasonably allocated and maintained the administrative resources of the company, ensured the convenience of the staff and controlled the administrative costs;

3. Made regular inventory of the company's fixed assets and office supplies, and made timely plans for increase, decrease and maintenance;

4. Docking with administrative suppliers and supervising the service quality of suppliers;

5. Dealt with employees' complaints about administration and made timely responses;

6. Docking with landlords, property companies, administrative units and other required external units to deal with related matters;

7. Make reasonable planning and division of work for the receptionist, IT and administrative specialist, and carry out corresponding assessment;

8. Other temporary matters assigned by leaders;



Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, proficient in office software;

2. More than 100 employees with more than 3 years of administrative management experience is preferred;

3, good communication and coordination skills, good strain ability;

4. Serious and responsible, attention to details, good sense of administrative cost control;

5. Have certain IT working experience;

6. Strong ability to work under pressure.



Salary and Benefits:

1. Working hours: 09:00-12:30, 14:00-18:00; According to the national provisions of the holiday, weekend double off;
